Who processes the data

What data we collect

• From the quote or contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the message and any files you voluntarily attach (for example plans or photos).
• Technical data: your IP address and the information sent by your browser, needed to run and secure the website.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your quote or contact request, for steps taken before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Website security and prevention of abuse (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
• Compliance with legal obligations, for example accounting (Article 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep data

We keep data from quote and contact requests as long as needed to reply and, if we start working together, for the duration of the collaboration and as long as legal obligations require. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Who receives the data

Our team and the providers that host the website and email services, only as far as necessary. We do not sell or rent your data.

Cookies and external services

The website uses only essential cookies. If you are logged in as an administrator, WordPress uses session cookies. The cookie notice only stores that you have acknowledged it. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.

The map on the contact page is loaded from Google only when you press the “Show map” button. The website fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting the pages does not send data to Google for fonts.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights, write to office@zenbau.ro.
